Project Description	New Warehouse and Office Addition This new 40,000 S.F. warehouse and office addition includes 36,000 S.F. of warehouse space, seven (7) loading docks and two (2) storeys of finished office space. This project included constructing the addition in two (2) phases in order to keep the existing shipping and receiving docks operational while the new docks were being completed. This project was started in September and was complete in February. This project was finished on schedule and within budget.

Project Description	New Warehouse and Office Addition This new 40,000 S.F. warehouse and office addition includes 32,000 S.F. warehouse with 80 ft. of clear span floor space and attached 8,000 S.F. offices. This project included constructing the addition to an existing building that was constructed in the late 1950s which created some unique challenges. This project was finished on schedule and within budget.
