Our Story

Like the city we helped build, Woodall Construction was founded on humble immigrant roots. Our reputation for building excellence has been earned the old-fashioned way through nearly 90 years of uncompromising integrity, building innovation and a promise to our clients to provide leadership, quality and value.

Bill and Fred Woodall were entrepreneurs and skilled tradesmen when they immigrated to Canada in 1909. With little cash in their pockets, they started a small masonry company that quickly grew along with their reputation for delivering high-quality work on time and within budget. In the 1920's Bill's sons Les and Fred Jr. joined the company and, by 1948, their small masonry start-up had expanded into general contracting. In the years that followed, the family business has maintained its reputation for integrity, innovation and commitment to meeting their clients' needs. Today, Woodall Construction is recognized across Southwestern Ontario as an industry leader.
